Terms of Service.

This site rwinteractive.com is owned by RW Interactive Lda, VAT no. 514 XXX XXX, based in Almada, Portugal.

By using this site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit forms.

You may not: attempt to bypass security, perform mass scraping, distribute malware, send spam via forms, or use site content without authorisation.

Commercial proposals are valid for 30 days. They are only binding after signature by both parties.

The branding, layout, copy and code of this site are the property of RW Interactive. Work delivered to clients belongs to the client after full payment, except for licences explicitly stated in the contract.

The site is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the site outside the scope of a signed contract.

Payment terms are set by contract. By default: 50% on award, 50% on delivery. Delays > 30 days suspend work until settled.

We treat all shared information as confidential. We sign a mutual NDA on request, at no extra cost, at the start of the relationship.

On a retainer, either party may terminate with 30 days’ notice. On a project, the specific contractual conditions apply.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Venue: district of Almada. For alternative arbitration, please get in touch in advance.
